Nice student culture. Staff generally leave at a decent time.

They seem to string staff along. Many staff are given short term contracts with a suggestion they will be kept on, but then the management drag their feet and only let people know at the last minute that they have no job to come back to. Staff are either favourites of the SLT or largely ignored by them. Communication from the SLT to staff and students is very poor, with no exam timetables given to students, and many students finding out at the lastminute about things. This causes stress to staff and students.

Good place to work, with opportunity to grow with your job role, and develop new strategies to encourage successful learning of students. Good training opportunities provided by CTL.

Highly data driven working environment. Sometimes the notion of data use can "overwhelm the natural flow" of teaching.
