Very flexible work hours. You decide when and how much you want to work. Many work resources, such as, online textbooks, exercise books and other useful documents for teaching. Very rewarding, because you can actually see how are you helping kids.

Kinda bad communication from upper managment. Salary is too low for how much work you have to put in (especially in the early months). Not logical work feedback system: at the end of the month you were required to write ~150 words review about every student (also you don't get paid for that). And at the same time student's parents can just give a rating for you from 1 to 10 without any explanation.

- The contract you sign locks you in the job for quite a long time and you have a minimum amount of hours you have to work in a week. - If you or your students cant attend a lesson, its very tedious to cancel and you basically have to move it to some other time, but you cannot move to another month. - You are working as "self-employed with a business certificate" so technically you are not an employee there and you are responsible for your own taxes. Because of this, you are getting paid about 20% less than it looks. - The pay increases are set up in a way that by the time you are getting paid relatively decent hourly rate, you will be qualified enough to find clients on your own.
