Great small company - Recensione dipendente - Product Marketing Manager presso Corero

Innovative product, great company alignment, great leadership. It's hard to say anything bad about this company during my tenure. Over the 2-3 years that i was with the company we achieved tremendous growth and I don't foresee this slowing down anytime soon.

Despite that it is a public company, the company is very much a start-up like culture which I loved. This type of high energy culture is not for everyone. If you want hide behind your desk the entire day, this isn't the company for you.

I truly love most of the people I work with. There is a lot of knowledge on the Sales Engineer side. There are people who legitimately believe in the mission - they’re just not in charge.

I've had to edit this review 6 times to meet Glassdoor's requirements. Cons are a CEO who cares more about juicing the stock price than anything else, a CMO who just wants to play with AI and hire women with dark hair, and HR that doesn't follow up on complaints to the point that employees are afraid to communicate about one specific employee on Slack and only text on personal devices. Cisco might be able to employ so much dead weight to keep a C-Level happy, but Cisco also has a digit other than 0 before the decimal in its stock price.
