Good people and senior mangement.

Lower management is put under too much pressure which rolls down to workers.

The majority of coworkers are very polite. There is a lot of diversity. You can work from home about a 75% of the time. The bathrooms are clean, the offices are nice.

On the few months I was there 5 people either resigned or were fired, with me that will be 6. Some employees have to work over 13 hours a day and weekends to meet deadlines. No training available,just a PDF, and good luck. Sink or swim. Every employee is so overwhelmed with projects is very difficult to work as a team. Once you try set boundaries, you become a black sheep and as quickly as you are liked, you are disliked. There are really good people working there. Unfortunately, the environment is high pressure, stressful and not conducive for growth. I don't recommend anyone to work for that company. It's all about keeping an image of efficiency to the clients, at the expense of the workers. It needs a great deal of soul searching as a group to be able to keep talent. Each person has talent, if you are willing to put time, training, and true effort to make great things. CAUTION If you are reading this and thinking about how much more money you can make working for this company. I warn you NO. It is always pretty at the beginning, but when you start drowning, no one will save you, either because they can't or simply because they won't.
