1. The work / life balance is an absolute dream. I cannot stress that enough. I came from roles within the manufacturing and construction industries where work was a way of life and a personal life was just a hobby, but at Cority, they genuinely support a healthy balance and respect your free time / personal time. 2. The general culture is very friendly and supportive. I've been very pleased with how supportive and helpful the more senior consultants have been as I on-board and learn the ins and outs of my role. 3. The management team is very experienced and adept at understanding your needs as they likely have held the same role as you in the past, or, are still conducting many of the same tasks you are in their everyday roles. This really eliminates some of that potential that your manager is out of touch. 4. Some of the standard benefits may be a little weak compared to the states but some of the fringe benefits are pretty solid (great health & wellness reimbursement program, great extra-curricular educational access in the form of Udemy, quarterly team building afternoons if you work from Corporate or paid flex time if you're remote, etc.). 5. The work-environment and management team are very adaptive and even in my short-time have shown the ability to flex and grow with employee requests rather than using a rigid hierarchical structure that you may be used to in major manufacturing. The trick is, you have to ask, you can't just wait for leadership to guess what you would like to see next.

1. If you're coming from a larger employer in the States, there is some adjustment that needs to be made with regards to the benefits package. They are certainly working to improve their offerings, but they are still a smaller company that just doesn't have the same leverage in the market place as some of the larger employers stateside.
