Lots of autonomy, caring/easy to work with colleagues, Fortune 500 logos, type of software (EHS compliance) is meaningful/impactful, low barriers to promotion, great work life balance in most departments

Svantaggi

Little to no culture since everyone is remote, very manual tedious processes with little appetite for tooling and automation, poor documentation & training so it's a great place to hone your skills if you cut your teeth somewhere else but not a great place to learn if it's your first time in that role

Cority is clearly the best product in the market, and they've built such a kind, welcoming culture. This is the best place I've worked in software, even if it's hard work.

Svantaggi

I personally love change, but if you don't, may not be for you. They company is growing up fast as it tries to go for market leadership. That means things can feel a little chaotic sometimes.

This is one of the best workplaces I've ever been part of. Truly a great exec team, great culture, great business outlook.

Despite the great culture, it doesn't feel like employees are actually valued because they prioritize cheap labor. Salaries, at least for positions outside of engineering, are drastically under market value.
