Bangalore Cornelius is not great place to work for. This is nothing to do with your performance. Worst management ever I seen. No ethics to hire and fire people. They can fire a week after hiring. Management has no vision towards employees. Biased performance reviews and no transparency towards evaluation. R&D is worst place to work for. Bangalore has high voltage Electricals wire running over company place and dangerous to live in there.
