Great working environment and great boss

If you love traveling, this job is for you. Field service techs have more flexibility to do your personal stuff while working even though you will be working mostly out of state. Most of the time, the job is very simple and you still get paid full 8 hours even though you finish your work early.

The pay is lower than other companies and the benefits are not that great. If you want to get a better pay based on your experience. This company is not for you. Travelling is not for everyone and lastly, There is no growth in the company unlike from other company, you can be promoted to a managerial position. In this company, the highest position you can get as Field service tech is tech 3. The scale for position determines from tech 1 to tech 3.
