None that I can think of apart from remote working

Very strange culture, extremely political. Seems to be also a lot of poor communication between teams. Probably one of the least kind places I have worked in. Maybe I was just unlucky with the team I was in at the time as it felt very toxic

Honestly, zero pros. I dread going to work every single day

Boss is condescending and rude almost every single day. Treats his staff like numbers and did not bother to train anyone for longer than a week as far as I'm aware. Incredibly high turnover of staff because he trains no one and then is surprised when they're not a top biller every week. Then because they're not a top biller, he treats them awfully, is rude to them and sometimes just flat out ignores them. He is a regular liar, acts like he is bipolar and should not be in the position he is in. It's a shame because he is a great broker and salesman, but should never be in a position of management, as he just abuses his power. He is incredibly fake as he could be nice to you one minute but then you see him being rude about that same person behind their back to his mate. I have overheard this myself multiple times, and this just makes you wonder what horrible things he is saying about you behind your back. I feel sorry for everyone working under him here.
