- CSOD Talent function does not deserve its name, have to say unfortunately, it is scary to see this in a talent management company that in theory should lead the way in it its industry + for their clients, cutting edge HR & talent function. Not the case here...
- top heavy, imbalance between number of managers vs employees, too many layers, high cost
- political silos impossible to do actual real work, busy with internal matters vs truly taking care of clients
- promotions of the past (not based on merit or performance) have the result now, that there are many in positions where they do not have the experience nor the qualification nor the potential to full true requirements of the role they are being asked to do.
