Some other people have pointed out that billing to 5 minute increments is somehow "sweat shop" behavior. Sorry, that these people chose to work in a field where accurate billing and complete documentation is paramount. The truth is, Cornerstone I.T. knows how to use reporting correctly. They have dashboards setup for each department, KPIs, training plans, paid certifications, the expectations are very clearly laid out. I don't really understand why employees hate a system, that honestly was years ahead of most of the companies I have worked at. This is a company that understands exactly who it wants to be. Do you realize how rare that is?

Not really flexible with work from home. Obviously with COVID that happened for awhile, but as soon as the office could be opened, we all had to be there. It's not so much the virus, but that even though all the tools and controls are in place for remote work, it wasn't something considered as a benefit to those that wanted more flexibility and less commutes per months.

friendly coworkers that help a lot. people are cool and make every day enjoyable. snacks available up front at all times.

time is managed in 5 minute blocks, frustrating to keep track of. performance pay is used as a way to prop up salary because base pay is low. never got performance pay due to unreasonably high billable expectations. upper management barely show up to the office and you feel alone. office dress code is overkill for IT and owner will message you directly putting you in an awkward spot. owner will bulldoze you if you dont say yes to every single thing, beware.
