They invest in employees that invest in them and encourage employees to be malleable and responsive to customer demands. The company rewards creativity and has never been without a plan for business growth. It's a breath of fresh air when compared to most stifling and personality-killing corporate environments.

As others have said, with most employees being remote, a cohesive company culture is equally important and absent though the company has very recently started making efforts to remedy this. Very recently. It's long overdue.

The paychecks did not bounce.

- Management lacks managing and listening skills but abundance in over-inflated egos. - No training. You are expected to swim on day 1 and figure things out yourself. If you fail or make mistakes, that's on you, not them! - You don't know where you stand. No annual reviews, no reviews of any sort. - NO annual RAISES, not even for cost of living. Even after you have worked here for a few years with no raise and you ask for a raise, management will ignore your request. - If your greatest talent is sucking up and you are 100% a 'yes' man/woman, you will excel here. - Does not provide you with all the tools you need to perform your job.
