Nice working environment and varied role

No overtime, poor pay for skilled job, pay doesn't reflect experience or length of work in this field, don't fully utilise expertise, too much middle management, not pushed to my full capabilities.

College culture, the staff and further learning opportunities, retirement contributions, discounts/perks and 2 weeks off for Christmas.

Over a 2 year period we have been asked to move office 3 times. Salary is a little on the lower side (although understandable).
