Small community, but good teamwork

Originally the team of people hired over the last few years who were dedicated to moving this company out of the massive hole ownership and their negligence had placed it in over the last 10 years. As of now, it looks like most of them have given up fighting the powers that be to help this company and have moved on to greener pastures!

Greed kills...this place would rather funnel money out of the company, then invest in a better benefit package as an example (one of the worst I have seen). Hemorrhaging money from silly decisions that add nothing to the bottom line. I was insulted more than once by ownership who must have thought it was my first day working for people who "think" they have money. Fortunately, I have worked for others that have more than these people could ever dream of, but certainly had more class and knew their business in and out. A class or two on business ethics would also go a long way into avoiding issues that have plagued this family and company. Just search the internet, case No. 98-3207 for an example.
