Work among great people. The creative side of the house sits in the cubes, while the corner office people sit twiddling thumbs and collecting huge paychecks.

Leadership does not value people who actually do the work. It's common place for Product Managers to never speak to those selling their products. Product managers are fresh out of college with no soft people skills and are mere robots in regards to providing any insight into how to sell the product more effectively. God forbid you are on an elevator with top bosses a simple "hello" will not be returned. Employee moral is at an all time low with no real advice how to fix it. 75% of the sales reps are under quota that's a system problem not an individual reps.
