Good hours, higher pay to start than most in the area

They cater to sales reps. I understand that is how revenue comes in but don’t forget about the people on the back end that keep the customers happy after their sales rep is done getting commission. They let go of people that have been there for years without even tryin to find other positions. They outsource customer service and don’t properly train which causes more issues.

Please keep sending in your bright ideas in the ‘Bright Ideas’ box we have located at each site in the UK so that we know what you would like to see from our new and improved scheme and cater it to our employees wants and needs. We’re sorry you feel more effort needs to be made in ensuring all departments are happy. We recently launched our ‘Your Voice’ confidential employee engagement survey to ensure we hear all employees. This survey will enable us to recognise and address any areas where engagement is needed.
