There aren’t really any “cons” to working here. However, I would like to see the on-boarding process streamlined so that it doesn’t take 2-4 weeks to fully onboard a new hire with equipment and application/systems access. While there have been countless improvements over the last several years, this is an area that still needs some attention. I think creating “on-boarding profiles” for departments that have specific requirements beyond a standard setup could be a way to address the issue.
