Mid to lower-level management is for the most part highly invested in their employees and doing the best they can to help them develop and grow. Coworkers care and are engaged with their coworkers.

The E-team and the president (CEO) give little to no vision to the employees about our path forward or why we are doing things. This creates guesswork for managers and employees on what to do and if they are or are not aligned with the company's direction. Also with no transparency at the top, it creates a lot of questions for mid-management down to employees about what is going on and why and leaves people creating their own narratives which have resulted in a more toxic work environment. Also, the company has become famous for doing fake promotions with little to no raises and adding additional job duties without any hope of future increased compensation or growth. There are little to no growth opportunities and upper management and the e-team provides little to no path for learning or developing beyond the basics.
