No timely salary, deduct your leaves as well as salary if you are late even by few seconds. Unsupportive managers, no organic data provided in sales team, toxic workculture which is run by family members including all the top designatories of the company. Unprofessional HR, no timeline for FNF, created fake linkedin profiles to show positivity. and many more cons are there. I would not recomend this company at all.

I worked in the sales team for about a year. The company has very strict policies—employees must report before 9:45 AM, or the day is marked as a half day. The leave policy is limited, and using available leaves can still lead to salary deductions. There is little to no proper training or onboarding. Employees are expected to start sales within the first week, and failure to meet targets in the initial months can quickly lead to PIP and termination, creating job insecurity. The organization is family-run, with most senior roles handled internally, leaving limited scope to raise concerns. The work culture is highly micromanaged, with constant monitoring. Overall, there is limited growth, learning, and stability. Consider carefully before joining.
