Vantaggi
I worked here before Covid-19, so my opinions only apply to in-office culture and not remote work. Pros included: -Coworkers were wonderful (of course, this depends on your department). The Marketing department was filled to the brim with very loving, smart, and hard-working people. My manager in particular genuinely cared about our well-being. She made sure we worked on projects that were fulfilling to us, or at least she wanted us to learn and grow even with projects that we didn't enjoy! -The company was recently acquired before I left, so there was a lot of room for growth and upward mobility. -There were chili cookoffs, beer Fridays, a summer luau, and a big end-of-the-year holiday party, as well as occasional catered lunches and snacks throughout the week. -I felt like there was a culture that allowed for mistakes as long as you could learn and grow from that experience.
Svantaggi
Not that many I can think of, but I would encourage the company to not lose its main employee draw: culture and good people. One of the major complaints I heard from employees was that there were less beer Fridays and fewer occasions to build meaningful relationships with one another. Keep those silly competitions and games going!
