They employ the best in the industry and treat them that way too. The product has come a long way and is steered with a clear vision. The original founders of the company are still with the company.

They own the market where they established themselves as the clear leader, but it is a rather small, niche market and it appears to be tough to venture out of it and succeed in the enterprise market.
