Poor management, unethical sales people (some even had criminal records), no team environment - every man for himself, management lied to both customers and employees. Not only do you not want to work here, but wouldn't recommend doing business here either. Long hours and poor pay. Sales are easily credited to the favorite sales people instead of the person who actually sole the vehicle (this happened on four occasions in two months time).
