The management team should share and communicate better the goals and aims of the business and each team/department. Teams would need more support and guidance from managers or get the goals.

Cosatto is a fantastic place to work. Everyone is super friendly, work very much as a team and we're all committed to building the business. The directors aim to be transparent with their decisions and performance so that the whole company is aware of what is happening, why and how we all fit in to the bigger picture. You'll see our company values on our website and we do very much live up to them; employees efforts and wins are recognised each month. The atmosphere is extremely positive, vibrant and open.
