Cosatto is a fantastic place to work. Everyone is super friendly, work very much as a team and we're all committed to building the business. The directors aim to be transparent with their decisions and performance so that the whole company is aware of what is happening, why and how we all fit in to the bigger picture. You'll see our company values on our website and we do very much live up to them; employees efforts and wins are recognised each month. The atmosphere is extremely positive, vibrant and open. Excitable, hectic and fun also spring to mind; there's a lot of smiles in every day.

Sure, it can be tough at times - that's the same everywhere - yet the difference here is that we are all in it together and all aim to "do our bit", help each other and strive to reach our targets.

None that I can think of........ The Cosatto way of working & attitude is very different to that of many organisations in the UK, its not a 'Con' as such but can take a little getting used too so can be a little uncomfortable at the beginning but you will soon adapt & see the benefits of working this way.
