Literally the whole company. This is the most self centered company i have ever worked for, they honestly couldn't care less about their employees, as long as their numbers are good, which our quotas based on our stores were literally ridiculous and didn't even correlate with our last year numbers, but thats a whole different problem. management sucked, it was all catty drama all the time, and literally everyone had something bad to say about everyone; and if you didn't join in on the gossip or bad mouthing you were automatically an outcast that no one wanted to talk to, and everyone hated you... because you weren't a jerk- logic, am i right? That literally went even up past the district manager. Overall this company sucks, unless you're completely desperate, save yourself, you're better than this.
