Underpaid for the amount of workload being thrown at you. 10. People failing to understand their responsibilities and everything is in a mess and everyone is expected to do everything 11. Lack of ownership and accountability 12. Toxic culture with finger pointing instead of resolving the issues together and learning from each other’s mistakes.
