So much red tape. Inexperienced managers in NY. The wrong people are given decision making power. Everyone working in silos and not communicating or understanding each others roles. NY and Paris office are forced to work together when the relationship clearly isn’t working. Forced to use overpriced agencies that produce terrible work and make employees jobs harder.
