Over the past several weeks, there’s been a lot of hard work, across a large portion of our team and with all leaders, to gather input on how to do just that. Balancing these inputs with a need for speed on execution is also required to deliver value to our customers in this very dynamic market within the timeframes expected. Sure we are shooting for the moon a bit and it feels like a stretch, but we know this team has the ability to do amazing things and are certain the change we seek is important. As well, these new ways of executing on our commitments should feel more comfortable the more we do them.
