      Too many to count. It was just a horrible toxic situation. Poorly run organization, leadership is unstable from top down.

Counterpoint Consulting, Inc. does not have a location in McLean, Virginia nor do we have Engineer job titles. Is it possible this review was intended for a different Counterpoint?       A company supported by nice people who care about you and will not require you to be overworked to be recognized.

      Low pay for the experience and position based on the field. Potential for growth without substantial pay increases. What was once the main selling point of counterpoint in its company culture is now a shadow of its former self that has never recovered since the shift to remote after covid.
