Difficult leaving my kids everyday.

Different locations vary in management, but they are all the same in that they put on a good show. By that I mean the teachers are not trained well and the ratios are very high but the school is pretty. I've worked in 3 locations and they all expect a lot of the teachers with minumal pay. Like creating weekly lesson plans from a monthly curriculum that is very outdated, not having enough supplies for activities, creating developmental files for each student. And all of that while your caring for a class at its max capacity. Definitely should be a temporary job, don't waste your time and talent here for long!

Overworked and minimal pay. They do not train teachers in classroom management, so you better know what you're oing!
