Employee health insurance benefits were good. Rate of pay was reasonable.

The HR department did not take your inquiries seriously which showed they really didn't care how their employees felt in the workplace. Because upper management could save the company money throughout the year....the tactics as to how it was done and at what cost (especially to hard-working employees) was never evaluated. Sabotage amongst departments was rampant.
