Company is not ready to be a global player. Lack of non-US local laws knowledge, disrespectful behaviour to other non-US cultures. It should’ve stayed a small San Mateo startup to be a successfull but big CEO’s ego lead company to keep growing internationally without the feel of ground and appropriate learning just to be later acquired and destroed by PE company. The hustling mindest could’ve worked in the San Mateo village but globally it will be eaten by smarter players.
