There were lots of friendly staff

The hours were very long

Very few. Good location perhaps.

Poor management. Managers and those in senior positions barely spoke English, at the level they should have, in order or to communicate with staff and team they were leading/managing. Made me question how and why exactly they were put in position in first place. Very little training opportunities.
