“Executive Chef”/Manager holds no one accountable for excessive call ins or leaving shifts early. He is unable to handle stress professionally and resorts to throwing pots and pans, kicking boxes, cursing. If you are not part of his favorites you can be sure he is talking about his employees behind their backs. Makes inappropriate jokes (vulgar and sexual) about employees and/or hits on them.

The guests were always lovely, and made the job fulfilling.

Management was awful, no support from them. Favoritism, enabling one person something but not the other. No structure; expectations and rules change by the day. Upper management turns a blind eye to misconduct and abuse of all forms. No loyalty from the company to its employees. Wage theft, illegal time clock adjustments, sexual harrassment from superiors, hostile work environment, all condoned by upper management.
