Benefits can be nice especially as full time or with dependents. Most guests are pleasant and staff worked well together.

Svantaggi

The hospitality brand that my location was owned by seemed to care about profits over happiness of guests/staff. High turnover rate and you got base pay even with experience.

The guests were always lovely, and made the job fulfilling.

Management was awful, no support from them. Favoritism, enabling one person something but not the other. No structure; expectations and rules change by the day. Upper management turns a blind eye to misconduct and abuse of all forms. No loyalty from the company to its employees. Wage theft, illegal time clock adjustments, sexual harrassment from superiors, hostile work environment, all condoned by upper management.
