Fantastic management UNDER MARRIOTT, great coworkers, great benefits

Bad management once it became privatized. I loved working there when it was Marriott owned and operated, but once a third party came into play it was obvious they did not care about guests the way they should. It was devastating to leave the company, but ultimately they stopped standing for what I believe in.

The guests were always lovely, and made the job fulfilling.

Management was awful, no support from them. Favoritism, enabling one person something but not the other. No structure; expectations and rules change by the day. Upper management turns a blind eye to misconduct and abuse of all forms. No loyalty from the company to its employees. Wage theft, illegal time clock adjustments, sexual harrassment from superiors, hostile work environment, all condoned by upper management.
