This is undoubtedly the worst company I have ever worked for in my entire life. We are about to go through a layoff that will dismiss 420 people (this can easily be confirmed in the Irish press). Instead of maintaining clear, transparent, and objective communication, the company avoids directly addressing what will actually happen to our roles. They are laying off employees while simultaneously hiring for the same positions, which clearly shows they do not value long-term employee retention. There is no hybrid or remote work option, and the company operates on favoritism. If you are not part of the “inner circle” of team leaders or senior management, your chances of promotion are significantly lower. They remove every possible benefit you are entitled to and threaten to cut bonuses if you fail to meet the unrealistic targets they set. Communication within this company is virtually nonexistent. Human Resources are completely disorganized,more lost than a tourist in an unfamiliar city, and they fail to communicate matters in a clear and transparent way. The company offers no real benefits and is located in one of the most expensive areas of Dublin. The work environment is extremely stressful. You are not even allowed to use the restroom outside of your scheduled breaks, as doing so results in penalties,so you might as well wear diapers.
