Like any startup, constantly creating and iterating on processes. This comes with some growing pains. Most roles are not "plug and play".

The leadership team is sharp, agile, transparent, and open. They fully subscribe to the belief that the best ideas win no matter where they come from, and were continually focused on learning from/with other members of the team, and empowering team members to run with new ideas. This created a collaborative working culture that was fun, high energy, and fast-paced with great opportunities for mobility/learning on the job.
