The work itself is challenging but that’s to be expected in healthcare to a degree. What I’m referring to is the lack of transparency from upper management, and then when they roll out plans they somehow always underline it, saying “oh it’ll be good for the company”. Okay, but what about the employees that keep the company running? It’s like we’re expected to give 500% of ourselves for… coupons to a restaurant or something. Literally. Instead of transparency, they have like faux very tiny benefits (and we KNOW CMM can afford better, it’s clearly no longer a start-up). The benefits are changing drastically due to McK and I don’t think I’ll be working at CMM much longer. Turnover is very high at the moment, understandably.
