As you know, with growth comes change. I’m personally excited about the opportunities for our employees that comes with the continued growth of our business. Throughout our journey together, honesty and transparency have been our guiding principles, and we believe it’s part of doing the right thing.
I’m disappointed to hear that you may not have had the work/life flexibility we work so hard to maintain through adaptable work arrangements, flexible PTO and other policies/perks we offer. Your HR business partner and our talent management team, including myself, maintain an open-door policy for you to be able to raise concerns and ask questions — including about the evolution in our benefits. Please know, these changes are important in order to offer all employees across our newly unified business access to the same benefits. It also allows us to be able to offer additional benefits that we did not have in the past, including tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance and a donation matching program.
