Absolutely no culture whatsoever, except for a toxic hustle and bro culture that makes the environment feel hostile and demoralizing. The leadership team is just inflated egos with zero strategic vision—they're completely disconnected from the reality of the work being done. The lack of direction is staggering, with priorities shifting not just monthly but often weekly, leaving everyone scrambling to keep up while getting no recognition or appreciation for their efforts. Hiring decisions are an absolute disaster, bringing in people who lack the skills or mindset needed to succeed, and career growth is practically nonexistent. Management makes empty promises about annual bonuses that never materialize, constantly moving the goalposts by endlessly delaying performance review cycles to avoid accountability. The environment is chaotic, unstructured, and soul-crushing. Leadership’s inability to execute any sort of consistent strategy leaves employees feeling exploited and undervalued. It’s honestly shocking how dysfunctional and unsustainable this place is—do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

As someone who joined Covera's leadership team within the past year, I value hearing these insights that help us improve. I am not sure when you exited the organization, but we've been focused on several organizational improvements: We recently implemented a structured career framework with consistent leveling across the organization. Our new Head of Talent Acquisition is working with leaders to create clearer job descriptions and growth paths for each role. I'm pleased to share that we did commit to a timely annual review cycle, including a merit increase for team members who contributed to our 2024 achievements. All employees received written and verbal feedback to support their continued development. In 2024, we launched a formal bonus program to recognize our collective efforts. We've also enhanced our benefits package, which includes fully-covered healthcare options, strong FTO policies, an improved parental leave, and stipends for learning and remote work. Your perspective on our culture is concerning and important for us to hear. Since joining, I've been conducting 1:1 feedback sessions with team members to better understand their experiences. We're committed to building an inclusive environment that reflects our company values in everyday interactions. Regarding strategic direction, we're working with senior leadership to improve communication around shifting priorities and provide better context for decisions. We've made our OKRs transparent and are having regular conversations about progress and adjustments as our landscape evolves. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Covera is a company where the mission really drives the work. Everyone here cares deeply about improving quality in radiology which ultimately improves patient outcomes, and that passion comes through in the day-to-day. The culture is collaborative and supportive, and I feel lucky to work with such smart, caring teammates. Expectations are high, but it’s because people genuinely want to do meaningful work and make an impact, which makes the work really rewarding.

The bar is high, and the pace can feel intense at times. For the right person, it’s energizing and growth-oriented, but it may not be the best fit if you’re looking for a slower paced environment.

Great office, fun and very friendly coworkers, great events, the mission in itself is good

Chaotic, not sure how it's still surviving to this day. They have had several layoffs overtime since I was laid off from there. Mission is good but the way to achieve it seems ambiguous and it seems like they lack a clear direction
