The job functions itself is easy, making outbound calls via auto dialer(Vici Dialer) to new and existing leads to sell extended auto warranties. They do offer PTO and other benefits like health, dental and vision insurance but no 401K.

This place is very poorly run. Management likes to play favorites with certain reps and will give you a hard time if your numbers are off. This company allows supervisors to get away with a lot of the floor and very unprofessional! They didn't give me proper warning like a write up before they let me go after over 1 year working for them and refused to transfer to other positions that allowed others to move to. Also, they will not pay out your PTO if you have any left when you are terminated!
