They are on the ground floor & moving. It is always a good time to be at a company when they are recovering since the only direction to go is up. They have tried some new innovation and new horizions, however, too many of these attempts have either missed the mark or taken 2 or 3 tries to get right, yet no one has been held accountable-- but they have been promoted.

Immediate manager was good, however, there are too many middle managers who lack education, professionalism and industry knoweldge yet are in their position because they have been around and "go back" with the other hiring managers. Nepotism and cohortism is rampant. Pay is low for the industry, benefits are good. Stock gifts are nonexistant for all but the highest management. Sr. Management does a poor job in acknolwedging a good effort, only criticism is offerred. There have been too many new hires with over inflated titles who just don't get it or have fallen flat. True job growth opportunities are few and far between, you can move incrimentally within your role, but advancing from worker to management is rare in all but the highest turnover positions.
