      Benefits very limited, no growth opportunities, management not concerned with staff development, low wages, overworked, constantly understaffed, bad morale due to unhappy staff, no social activities, job not challenging at all, usually below staff competencies

      Decent starting place in the industry. If you have an interest in something specific most managers will encourage you to progress and learn. Very good training program. Friendly peers.

      Svantaggi

      Low pay for industry standard. Out of touch executive leadership. Abysmal behavior from human resources. Lack of diversity. Expensive benefits despite being a facilitator of group health insurance benefits. Nepotism in the workplace.
