Company is too dependent on market conditions which leads to micromanagement, management has no plans in place to compensate employees when times are tough but make sure they are taken care of first, monthly reviews are pointless and are treated like interrogations, when you're not doing well with your numbers they will slowly find a way to dispose of you, if you have good connections with the higher ups or you are doing well you'll be taken care of, if not be prepared to feel isolated, pay and benefits are not feasible for this economy, if you are new to the logistics and shipping industry don't work here
