      Benefits are horrible No raises Management is arrogant, clueless, and way past their prime. Mgmt is fractured with no clear leadership Too much family holding jobs they know nothing about I saw a manager get promoted for ripping off a good customer and making money for the company I would swear the place is all mafia run, never will you see or hear about quality honesty or value added to the partner-customer The poor excuse for a 401k is a joke except they know no one is going to stay very long so it don’t matter HR is there to process papers This company would gain value by being sold and cleaning house

      There is no overtime pay, and the benefits package is limited. Drivers are often required to work 60–70 hours per week at straight time. Routes are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so there is little predictability—you typically don’t know your route until the start of your shift. The equipment is equipped with radar-based safety systems, including speed control and automatic emergency braking, which can be restrictive and take time to adjust to, contributing to a more stressful driving experience.
