I have had the best start to my career in communications with Cowshed, thanks to an incredible supportive team full of creative and inspiring individuals that come together to make magic. Working in the campaigns team, I had the opportunity to work for some fantastic clients in various sectors. I really appreciate how my managers have supported me in building my career, I started here as a Junior fresh out of uni and had various promotions since. Work is recognized and rewarded and you're given space to develop the skills you want to. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to work on brave campaigns that have a real impact on people in Wales and beyond.

Cowshed only works on campaigns it believes in, clients it loves and campaigns that work. Also has a great work ethic, grounding itself in a healthy workplace culture with EDI at its core. Amazing to see calibre of talent recruited and how quickly reward comes with promotion. Staff enjoy great support for career and personal development and inhouse access to mental health support. There’s also a generous benefits package. The monthly social events are great fun. Everyone takes turns to organise so always something different to look forward to. Great colleagues. Sad to leave but the time was right for me to hang up my cowbell and retire.
