It is a well known company, has good benefits.

Does not have good pay and you have customers yelling at you and saying bad words all day that you are on the phone. The Supervisors are usually not available to assist you in helping the customers resolve ongoing issues and that gets them upset even more at you, even when they know you are not at fault.

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
