Terrible management. Added more fresh ingredients but made the food worse. Management makes ridiculous changes to how the kitchen flows without actually working in it to see how badly they screw things up with their "helpful" suggestions.
Tip out is based on a point system they never actually explain. Getting them to give you access to your paystubs is like pulling teeth out of a tiger
They ask you to take $120 out of your paychecks for benefits WITHOUT CLEARLY STATING HOW MUCH YOU'RE GOING TO BE PAID.
Within a year of buying the restaurant from the previous owners, more than 80% of veteran staff left due to the lost province team not knowing anything about how the kitchen works.
They don't take allergies seriously at all and seem to not understand basic food storage safety and cross contamination preventions.
