No Breaks Hours are constantly cut Favoritism is STRONG They won’t fire dishonest employees. (Hosts taking money bribes to seat servers) They don’t care about you. They don’t care about the guests. They don’t care about plate presentation. They don’t care about correctly training. They don’t care about employees. They lose employees left and right.. they hire employees that they don’t have hours for. There’s ZERO communication Don’t bother going to management with concerns because they won’t do anything about it. Prepare to be made guilty for calling out even if it’s a legitimate emergency that you have documentation for Prepare to have managers and shift leaders and ETCs talking bad about employees to other employees. Don’t forget about the managers smoking weed ON PROPERTY.

Vantaggi

Caring and extremely high energy servers, cooks and hostess. The management handles everything at the restaurant with integrity and competence. They know and love their guests. They even know what they order and their other preferences.

Svantaggi

The cuts in hours they are forced to make due to corporate interference.

Flexible schedule, individual impact, company benefits, insurance even for part time staff, internal promotion favored

Svantaggi

Poor pay, manager competency and commitment can be hit or miss, no full time positions, pitifully low amount of allotted hours for all retail employees. I cannot speak to restaurant staff experiences.
