Employees are expected to stay until midnight due to poor planning and a total inability to delegate or prioritize tasks. To leadership, "everything is urgent" which actually means nothing is. Supervisors are too "busy" to provide necessary approvals but expect staff to wait indefinitely for them. This is not a place for growth - it is a place for a mental health crisis.
